A couple weeks ago a friend from my congregation asked me to capture their baby’s dedication to the church. I was elated to be apart of such an important moment in their lives as a family.
While I was there I captured a few other snippets of our church family. I wanted to share this one in particular. To me, it embodies the congregation I call home. This is a small portion of the much larger Kuttab family. These two sisters closely, casually embrace one another while sharing a hymnal. Their brother holds the latest addition and his contribution to the family while singing alongside them. There is very little formality in this image, but it just gushes love, family, closeness, fellowship and worship. This was one of those moments I was so grateful I had my camera to transport others to the feelings I hold when I am here with these people.
